Scope of Piping Works:

Piping Fabrication (Shop and Site-Based):

Spool Fabrication based on isometric and P&ID drawings, with full material traceability and adherence to project quality standards.

Precision Cutting, Fit-Up, and Welding, performed by certified welders in compliance with project-specific WPS and international codes (ASME, API, DNV)

Preassembly and Hydrotesting, where applicable, to streamline field installation and reduce rework.

Onsite Installation of piping systems including process, utility, chemical injection, and drain lines, ensuring precise routing and support integration.

Design and Installation of a variety of pipe support types—rigid, spring, and dynamic supports—as per load calculations and stress analysis.

Fabrication of Custom Supports, including clamps, shoes, guides, and hangers from carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy materials.

Installation of Insulated and Non-Insulated Supports, ensuring proper load distribution and compliance with thermal expansion requirements.
